Negro Drama

Rocinha is the largest favela in Brazil, with seventy thousand habitants, located in the noblest area in Rio de Janeiro.
Despite more than 99% of them being workers, the local drug dealing business makes around US$ 3 million a month. Due to this amount, rival factions are constantly disputing the territory, bringing terror and fear to the population.
In September, 2017, the government decided to occupy the favela with Armed Forces.
